FREE Apology Note.. Help manage conflict, teach responsibility, kindness & more

Here is a simple, one-page, fill-in-the-blank style apology note that works well in my Kindergarten class. I wish I didn't need to use it at all, but it's been nice to have on hand when a written apology would be a meaningful consequence.
